Coaching Sales Representative Jobs

We’re searching for an enthusiastic coaching sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads.

Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people.

This is a nonemployee compensation position during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

$180,000 - $240,000 yearly

• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline

• A strong track record of success in sales, exceptional emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with people on a deep, authentic level

• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Coachable, decisive and resourceful
