The Clinical Analyst will be a member of the Electronic Medical Records project team and work as the primary liaison and support for the EMR. They will bring clinical expertise and knowledge of patient care and operational processes to the development and implementation of the EMR system as well as being involved in project activities such as clinical workflow evaluations and integrated use of business and clinical applications; clinical application usability; clinical application design and testing, build and implementation; clinical process and technology education for support of staff and providers who use the electronic medical record.

This position will also assist the Quality Team with credentialing, FPPE/OPPE, Employee Health, RQI, and policy oversight.

Required Skills: Ability to work independently; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred; willingness to learn computer applications necessary for work functions and ability to adapt to changing situations and various personalities with a positive attitude.

• BLS
• Current Texas RN License required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
