Job Description
  • Computer knowledge and clerical / business office functions.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately.

  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • CPR Certification strongly recommended.
  • Maintains the Standards of Conduct.
  • Appreciation of and desire to be a part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care.
  • Experience in Ambulatory Care Clinics preferred.
  • Under the general and direct supervision of the Supervisor or Healthcare Center Manager, the Patient Service Representative provides clerical, secretarial and receptionist support for the clinic independently and with minimum supervision. Maintains all required records and reports, coordinates, processes and reports insurance information. Performs assisted billing functions as directed per Biller / Coder.
  • Experience in Ambulatory Clinics preferred.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Related College Classes preferred.
