Overview Patient Experience Reps are responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. They ensure that patients receive the best possible care and experience while in the hospital. They are also responsible for providing support to the medical staff and helping to ensure that the hospital runs smoothly. Detailed Job Description Patient Experience Reps are responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. They must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. They must be able to answer questions, provide information, and resolve any issues that may arise. They must be able to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. They must be able to maintain a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
