• Publish and control the P& L for US Market domain
• Gathers market intelligence, generates leads, and develops proposals/campaigns to garner new business, ensuring a consistent flow of new revenues to the company.
• Identifies and pursues new sales prospects within existing or untapped markets.
• Works pre-developed lead lists to generate business and identify new customer prospects.
• Uses knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, future trends and potential projects.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

• Inputs trades and audit appropriately.
• Participate and sometimes lead projects as needed.
• Proactively offers creative solutions and always find ways to improve or enhance the client experience.
• Provides subject matter expertise to more junior staff.
• Collaborates with internal operational and portfolio management areas to respond to client needs in a timely manner and take immediate action to address issues as they arise, escalating when appropriate.
• Ensures highest quality of client satisfaction by responding to clients on general inquiries.
• Adheres to process standards and documented procedures.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Market Risk/P&L.

Work Experience:

• Customer service (internal customers), Business process, 5-9 years
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Programing Experience in Python/Data brick, 3-5 years
• Market Risk/P&L Experience/ Value Add Risk (VAR) Experience, 5 years

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
• Well organized, detail oriented and exceptional problem solving and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and internal departments.
• Knowledge of bank products, procedures and customer service
• Must be able to work independently, prioritize projects, and follow through on deadlines
• Proven customer service/relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problems solving skills

For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $47,717-$97,750. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
