The Global Relationship Management Analyst on the Diversified Industrials team is an integral part of the GCIB Diversified Industrials Global Relationship Management team. The Analyst has the responsibility to act as key support for the Global Relationship Manager (GRM) as the GRM manages major customer relationships and pursues new business origination.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute operational aspects of business origination as directed by the Global Relationship Manager (GRM)
• Perform follow-through of the deal origination process
• Act as contact for Global Network and management of Global Exposure Reports
• Maintain proactive, in-depth and current knowledge of market trends, customer developments and credit
• Assist as needed in the preparation and presentation of credit recommendations
• Prepare economic capital analysis
• Maintain Salesforce Assist in structuring of deals by providing analysis and insight
• Prepare pitchbooks
• Analyze portfolio profitability

Additional Responsibilities:

• Liaison with Overseas Branches / Product Offices / Planning
• Preparing pitchbooks & checking covenants and loan documentation,
• Maintaining Salesforce
• Troubleshooting, problem solving, transaction follow-through, market research, internal/external communications
• Execution of operational duties regarding business origination process at direction of GRM

  • Maintaining Salesforce
• Preparation of value-added information for marketing materials/customer research
• Assist in the GRM's marketing of the Bank's ancillary products

We require :

A Bachelor

• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience
• Strong business and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• A minimum of 1 to 2 or more years of finance experience
• Credit training is strongly preferred
• Financial modeling skills
• 's degree, a Finance or Accounting major is preferred

The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $110K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
