WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
USA Job Family Description:
- Works pre-developed lead lists to generate business and identify new customer prospects.
- Uses knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, future trends and potential projects.
- Gathers market intelligence, generates leads, and develops proposals/campaigns to garner new business, ensuring a consistent flow of new revenues to the company.
- Identifies and pursues new sales prospects within existing or untapped markets.
USA Job Function Description:
- Responsible for client relationships, including attracting and retaining new clients and strengthening current relationships.
- Makes presentations to potential clients and contributes to the achievement of sales targets.
- Ensures customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs.
- Activities include maximizing cross-sales opportunities through customer profiling with the ultimate goal of cultivating interest in other business banking products.
- Resolves and oversees customer issues surrounding consulting, information, and software services, solutions and products.
- Provides support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer services.
Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements:
- Lead client presentation preparation, including all background research and analysis, drafting and production of any client marketing materials and pitch books
- Perform client research directed at uncovering opportunities to market bank products, strategic formulation of industry views/ideas, industry peer/comp research, trends and transformational events.
- Provides support to senior bankers and serves as a secondary banker for clients.
- Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.
- Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
- Serve as main point of contact with Risk Department, leading the coordination of all relevant risk presentations.
- Support senior banker in follow-up on identified cross sell opportunities with clients, including leading the coordination of Credit, Product and stakeholders in the Global Network.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business or equivalent field. (Req)
Work Experience:
Related experience in Financial Services Industry , 3-5 years (Req)
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of credit
- Solid financial modeling skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player and self starter
- Understanding of corporate finance and banking products.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking.
