POSITION: Client Success Manager I, Release of Information


Client Success Manager I, Release of Information, plays a critical role in ensuring HMG clients remain loyal and satisfied. Client Success Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of ROI clients to ensure high service performance and genuine client happiness. In this role you will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our ROI services according to client needs and contractual deliverables. Client Success Manager communicates promptly, efficiently, and with attention to detail. This role will be measured by client health and preservation, engagement, and achievement of success metrics.


  • Reports to Manager of Client Success


Primary Role And Responsibilities


  • Champion a client-centered mindset and culture to ensure the voice of the client internally
  • Conduct trainings for new and existing clients on MedRelease and EMR request routing to optimize knowledge and usage
  • Serve as the Client Advocate to ensure client needs are met
  • Document and track client activity within MedRelease and Hubspot
  • Provide performance metrics as needed to demonstrate HealthMark’s value
  • Onboard new clients to ensure a strong first impression and smooth transition to HMG service(s)
  • Expedite client issue resolution to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
  • Alert management to account red flags or client dissatisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts to know what success looks like to them
  • Deliver exceptional client management and quality communications to keep clients delighted


Required Experience And Qualifications


  • Industry knowledge is preferred but not required
  • Detailed and organized; able to shepherd internal resources and external stakeholders through challenges or key projects along the client journey
  • Proven and excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) that demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
  • Team-oriented and collaborative are must haves
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft applications including Excel; ideally experience with a CRM
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a professional capacity, ideally customer service or account management
  • Positive minded, inquisitive, energetic and eagerness to learn
  • Proficient in listening, timely problem solving, flexibility, and basic business operations
