Advisory / consultancy firm is seeking a passionate Client Success Associate who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and delivering Client training via web conference or face-to-face meetings. You will engage current clients in an effort to identify their needs and promote our products / services. The perfect candidate should be results-oriented, self-starter capable of problem solving, managing changing priorities and being flexible in the day-to-day job functions.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Client Success Associate, you will:

  • Maximize business potential through strong relationship management and consultative sales techniques.
  • Input Clients data and other sales data into customer relationship management software.
  • Share best practices, knowledge and learning with Team
  • Perform onsite and web-based training sessions
  • Understand CPA Firms’ business model and how to consult CPA’s on maximizing tax return preparation and review efficiency.
  • Describe value add of Company’s solutions/services which are not currently utilized by Client and promote additional Company products and services.
  • Closely follow current market intelligence, industry trends, client feedback and business needs.

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Client Success Associate if you:

  • Ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives and/or other client team members.
  • Tax Industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Client Service oriented.
  • 2+ years of Training or Client Success experience needed.
  • Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • CRM software experience preferred.
  • Confidentiality: Must be able to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states (CA, CO, CT, NV, WA) and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $101,500 - $188,500. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
