About the Role
We are expanding our Client Services team and need to hire an Associate Client Success Manager! This position is open due to a promotion and comes with unlimited growth opportunities. In this role, you will work side-by-side with Senior Customer Success Managers and the Director of Client Success to assist in the delivery of our services. We have designed a collaborative training program that promotes growth into the Client Success Manager role, where you will own your territory and portfolio of clients. Responsibilities:
- Work side-by-side with the Client Service team to assist in the delivery of our services.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on new and existing client needs.
- Contribute to and be responsible for weekly and monthly individual & team goals.
- Meet with the Client Services & Sales team regularly to collaborate on and manage active candidates.
- Conduct client service activities, including resume reviews, candidate summaries, sourcing client information, and maintaining databases.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment required.
- Motivated and positive individual.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to be client-facing with excellent client management skills.

Salary: $50,000.00 per year
