Client Strategy Specialist/ Marketing Coordinator

The Client Strategy Specialist works closely with account leadership to drive and support account strategy execution, client relationship management, high performance teaming and strategic sales and go-to-market activity.

You will lead and execute the key activities, working closely with the account leadership team. You will operate as the hub of the account team, serving as a central leader to facilitate team connectivity and strategic execution. The role balances internal team leadership activity, with some opportunity for client-facing relationship development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Forecast and track key metrics.
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Assist as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your clients.
• Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive client contacts.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• MS Office skills – Excel analysis, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
• Comfortable learning new software (for design, data management, and internal tools).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and execute on ideas.
• A self-starter, who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with flexibility, growth and change.
• Experience navigating complex work processes, tight timelines, and changing teams.
• Extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Creative and collaborative problem solver with a demonstrated open-minded approach to identifying solutions.
• Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding in customer success techniques and strategies.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize against core objectives to meet deadlines.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• One to three years of experience, which may include large-agency interactive or client-side marketing experience focusing on strategy and innovation
• Experience with various marketing channels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
