Responsibilities
Strategically manage a complex claim inventory, utilizing your expertise to achieve the best possible resolutions.
Act as the go-to subject matter expert for your line of business and key jurisdictions, providing valuable oversight and guidance.
Evaluate exposure on complex claims, recommending and directing action plans for resolution.
Communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring all stakeholders understand the path to resolution.
Facilitate engaging roundtables with internal and external resources as needed.
Foster a culture of continual quality improvement and technical leadership.
Requirements
Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Industry designations are a plus. Licenses required for specific jurisdictions.
Experience: Eight (8) years of casualty claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including handling complex claims and negotiation skills.
Skills & Knowledge: Expertise in workers' compensation claims and/or liability claims processing. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
