• USourced is a generative AI-powered global product sourcing marketplace, connecting businesses with the best manufacturers worldwide. Existing custom product sourcing global marketplaces lack quality control or automation; print-on-demand platforms have tried to transform the landscape with limited success. USourced is disrupting this status quo using AI to automate bespoke product sourcing from manufacturers globally. We train AI Large Language Model to become product sourcing agents, so an influencer/brand/business can tell us what product they want to make, see an AI-generated product mock-up right away, and receive the custom physical product in their hands in as soon as two weeks. To support our ambitious growth plans, we're looking for smart, collaborative and passionate people who are looking to make genuine impact.
• Reporting to the CEO, your role will work closely with the executive team to drive key strategic initiatives. You are a motivated independent thinker with exceptional organization and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the leadership team to define and set up the operating model and overall strategy
• Establish project management processes and oversee client relationships
• Manage the planning and tracking of KPIs
• Coordinate various teams across US and China (sourcing, account management, operations) and work cross functionally to ensure key projects are on track

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a top tier US / Canada / UK university in business administration or a related field
• Clear and coherent communication skills
• Experience in managing large group of stakeholders, across levels of seniority and geography
• Deeply analytical and comfortable working with numbers
• Strong critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex problems
• Over 6 years of working experience. Background in finance, consulting, and strategy roles is advantageous
• Native in Mandarin, fluent to native in English
