Job Description

Chief Human Resources Officer

Wellsville, NY.

Location: 100% onsite in Wellsville, NY

Type: Direct Hire

Hours: Monday-Friday 45-50 hours per week (NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE)


Travel: 1-2 international trips per year for Management meetings.

Will run payroll (USA ONLY) for 350 employees, PLUS pension and 401k plans

90% of your responsibilities will be focused in the states with 10% international.


Responsibilities:

1) Work with executive management, line managers, HR team, and other executives to build a culture of excellence and innovation.

2) Manage employee relations issues for the USA and support the international staff, including coordinating and engaging with field office-based HR staff. In conjunction with legal department and HR Leaders ensure compliance with the U.S. and international labor laws, supporting both internal and external audits as necessary.

3) Provide HR business partner support to functional group level executives (CEO/President, COO, CFO, General Counsel, etc.)



Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience required
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is required

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • MBA is preferred
