JOB DESCRIPTION
The US Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a core member of the executive leadership team responsible for defining and leading the US sales strategy, revenue and
profitability, geographic and market penetration, marketing & analyst engagement and enhancing brand and market eminence.
The CRO will partner with the CEO and the management team to lead market penetration and new logo acquisition while leading all aspects of sales andmarketing, including partnerships, advisory relations and engagement, and digital marketing. A hunter at heart, the US CRO will engage with new clients, build lastingrelationships and create closures from leads.
Global Sales & Revenue Growth
•Architect and deploy a razor-sharp Sales Motion, withthe ability to shape deals of various magnitudes,
•deals/opportunities with a broad palette of industryplayers and clients.
•Drive top line sales and revenue growth andcontinuously build and expand a pipeline of globalopportunities across a multitude of industry sectors
•Continually analyze the market and competitivelandscape to identify opportunities that strengthen Technology’s positioning thereby creating newbusiness opportunities
•Identify new business opportunities & spearheadingbusiness wins for net-new and existing accounts;Expanding wallet share of existing customers.
•Prepare, analyze, and present sales forecasts to theCEO and management board.
Institutionalize Sales Strategy & Sales Excellence
•Develop sales strategies, plans, annual targets, andKPI’s for the sales team to ensure productivity, salesperformance, and achievement of revenue growth.
•Challenge the status-quo and implement a salesstrategy while thinking laterally to go beyondtraditional revenue streams by providing a forward-facing vision that goes further than quarterly growthtargets.
•Deploy long-term strategic objectives towards growing& diversifying the business by capitalizing on newopportunities while sustaining the revenue generationfunnel.
•Establish and execute a focused go-to-market strategyby identifying new markets and opportunities tocreate leads.
•Drive proposal/ RFP response development,negotiations,MSAsandcontractingwithclient. Support Account Management team in salespursuits in existing accounts where required
Client Growth and Satisfaction
•Provide regular cadence with top customers, seek thepulse of customer, continuous feedback, trends andmarket dynamics.
•Develop client and stakeholder trust, both internally& externally, through authentic leadership and actions
•Foster a culture of building meaningful productiverelationships with client executives – act as a trustedadvisor on all digital transformation related challengesthat clients may need assistance with
•Build a consumer insights organization that developsa deep understanding of target consumers. Anticipatemarket, content, technology changes and trends,envision how these advances will bring about newopportunities and/or challenges and translate theseinsights into initiatives to advance business andconsumer goals, sales strategy and execution plans.
