We are currently recruiting for a Global Chief Growth Officer, Analytics for one of our key customers, a Nasdaq-listed leading data analytics and digital operations and solutions company that partners with clients to improve business outcomes and unlock growth. By bringing together deep domain expertise with robust data, powerful analytics, cloud, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML), we create agile, scalable solutions and execute complex operations for the worlds leading corporations in industries including insurance, healthcare, banking and financial services, media, and retail, among others.
The Global Chief Growth Officer - Analytics is responsible for cultivating and expanding top-line growth for our Analytics business. This includes identifying new markets to enter, creating strategies to achieve Analytics growth targets, and growing presence and revenues across specific Analytics markets - including New Logo Sales, Account Acquisition, and Organic Expansion. Leadership span of control is global and includes both top-line and bottom-line revenue responsibilities.
- The Global Chief Growth Officer - Analytics will bring a deep understanding of the Analytics marketplace and familiarity with competitor offerings in support of our growth strategy and investment initiatives.
- To be successful in this role, the candidate must bring significant experience and relationships in specific Analytics markets---motivated by winning financial incentives as well as career growth.
The Global Chief Growth Officer - Analytics will have oversight of the following:
- Experience in selling long-term complex multimillion-dollar products, services, or solutions within specific Analytics markets.
- A quick study and self-starter leading with an impatience for the status quo and a true sense of urgency, a forward thinker constantly focused on growing the Analytics practice to meet and anticipate both near and long-term business issues
- Working effectively across our organization and partnering with the appropriate team members to demonstrate the depth and breadth of our solutions.
- Astute at identifying and qualifying leads, and the ability to develop strong relationships at potential client organizations, along with the proven ability to convert these relationships into commercial engagements in situations where little-to-no previous relationship existed.
- Effectively and proactively managing clients' expectations, building deep client partnerships, and excellent communication and executive presence to connect at all levels in the organization.
- Executing go-to-market plans thru targeted campaigns and other sales channels including advisors, influencers, conference attendance, industry events, etc.
- Aggressive, high-energy style who is motivated by winning.
- Collaborating and developing 3rd party and advisor relationships to build a credible Analytics voice globally to generate new opportunity channels. Generate opportunities from this channel
- Big-deal experience The Global Chief Growth Officer - Analytics should have proven experience in closing deals with ACV > $5M and TCV > $20M.
- Balancing multiple, concurrent deals to achieve challenging growth targets.
- Playing a principal leadership role in hunting, signing, and developing luminary/marquee client relationships. These contracts are typically large, complex multi-year deals that require a savvy sales executive accustomed to longer sales cycles.
- Developing named account strategies, building consensus on targeted logos, and pursuing the delivery of high-value and high-growth new logos.
- Building relationships is key to this role and possessing established and current relationships with COOs, CFOs, CEOs, CDOs, CIOs/CTOs, and Customer Service Directors is critical to this role.
- Developing and executing a Go-to-Market Strategy that will hit or exceed revenue targets.
- Strategically minded and able to create a consultative and solution-minded sales environment.
- Building a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues across all of Analytics.
- Submitting and handling proposals with full ownership and accountability for the opportunity, working closely with the Sales Enablement teams to ensure high quality of proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural global environment and matrixed organization.
- Effectively identifying and translating client needs into our services. Develop an understanding of customers' business needs, matching them with our capabilities, and developing winning proposals.
Key elements for the role:
- Partnering with the Marketing, Sales, and various other Business Unit leaders and teams to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Engaging with the Analytics practice leaders and other members of the Analytics executive team to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Dedicated to achieving business results - This is a high-pressure, fast-paced position that requires the ability to work well under pressure to achieve results.
- Proven ability to close complex deals through logical, incremental steps.
- Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of initiatives to drive Analytics revenue growth.
- A thought leader for the Analytics practice.
- Skilled at negotiation within specific parameters.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, graduate degree a plus.
- Preferably MBA
