Sun Dream Yacht Charters is a busy private and corporate event company in Fort Lauderdale, FL. for over 35 years. We do 4hr private cruises on the intracoastal waterway and our goal is to Provide a great experience for our private events, we try to work as a team and have fun while we are doing it. .

Responsibilities:

• Plan menus and recipes with knowledge of basic nutritional principles and ingredient compatibility.
• Provide high quality food in a professional environment.
• Manage food costs and inventory levels while maintaining a high standard of food quality.
• Perform quality control on foodstuffs, ensuring the highest possible quality is maintained at all times.
• Act as Chef onboard some events
• Maintain an appropriate level of staffing and employee training.
• Monitor equipment maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,192.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Culinary experience: 4 years (Preferred)
