BAKERY BAKER

Regular Full Time - $19.75 - $21.75/HR

Shift: Complete Open Availability - Weekends Required

• Answer department phone calls and pages quickly with great phone etiquette
• Properly label and date all products
• Able to produce product in a timely manner
• Careful baking of quality pastries and breads
• Maintain a safe and sanitary department. Report all life and safety and fire hazards to your manager and Safety Department Representative for correction. Comply with all occupational safety and health regulations. Report all accidents and injuries to your Store Leadership immediately.
• Preparation of some mixes
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Department Manager
• Sanitize and clean equipment when needed
• Control spoilage
• Aid in processing and receiving warehouse orders
• Production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
• Maintain and organize department as well as receive and rotate incoming stock daily

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years
