Preschool Director

The Church by the Sea is seeking a Christ-centered, high-energy, strategically-focused director for an established, successful preschool in Fort Lauderdale. Applicant must be able to ensure a high-quality, competitive, Christian curriculum. A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in early childhood or elementary education. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in worship services and church activities, fully supporting the church’s faith and beliefs. As a member of the church ministry team, the director will work with other church leaders to ensure that families feel loved, supported, and welcomed into a Christian community where the “less than perfect are more than welcome.” Salary commensurate with experience. Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
