Who we look for:

We are seeking eager individuals who are dedicated to creating a memorable experience for our guests through sharing their ideas, exploring creativity and who are enthusiastic about joining a dynamic team! The Juice Bar Attendant position sets up and operates equipment that mixes or blends ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products.

Responsibilities:

• Make fresh pressed juices, smoothies and cocktails for restaurant guests and our In-Room Dining guests within standard times.
• Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware , linens, and other tools for service
• Maintain proper levels of prep of fruit and vegetables for service.
• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have open availability
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
• Background in fine dining with emphasis on high volume is preferred

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
