Job Description

WOW Recruitment is looking for a Strategic Channel Development Specialist to join an established yet fast-growing organisation where their heaters are recognized all over the world for superior design and performance.


You will be responsible for planning and directing all aspects of channel development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Developing and implementing sales strategies with partner channels in order to maximize revenue and meet sales goals.


Salary: $90k + bonuses of up to $30k

Role Requirements:


  • Collaborate to maximize impact of product launches & promotional plans
  • Drive channel sales to budget
  • Develop & execute sales management strategies with channel partners
  • Identify, prospect and onboard potential referral source channel partners
  • Identify gaps and execute effective countermeasures
  • Be able to travel as the role requires up to 50%


Skills & Experience:


  • Enthusiastic & eager to execute sales growth plans
  • Solution-sales oriented, problem-solving to match needs to services & products
  • Strong independent operator - self-motivated to work with a team and to deliver with limited supervision
  • Organized for account management, opportunity funnel management & appropriate account plans
  • Previous experience in managing and aligning expectations with channel partners
