Job Description
Based on the provided information, the qualifications and responsibilities for the Campus Director of Academic Affairs .
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution (required)
Terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., etc.) from a regionally accredited institution (preferred)
Five years of experience in an academic administrative role and teaching experience at the college or university level, or related experience
Experience in a private sector (for-profit) college is a plus
Experience in a multi-campus, hands-on learning environment

Responsibilities
Student Success:
Maintain high levels of student satisfaction and success
Develop and implement effective student outreach and engagement processes
Ensure excellent student customer service
Provide access to tutoring services and academic resources
Monitor and report key metrics related to student outcomes
Faculty Management
Manage and lead program directors and department heads
Ensure academic advising and student outreach are occurring
Perform regular classroom observations and provide feedback to faculty
Work with scheduling team to ensure appropriate faculty credentials
Manage and monitor faculty workload requirements
Participate in faculty recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Conduct academic meetings, in-service training, and professional development seminars
Ensure faculty compliance with policies and procedures
Curriculum (Program Management)
Ensure availability of adequate resources for faculty and students
Assign Teaching Assistants/Lab Assistants to remote classes
Assist Career Services in conducting advisory boards
Ensure assessment of academic programs and provide feedback for curriculum improvements
Promote broad-based faculty participation in curriculum development
Administration
Ensure implementation and compliance with academic policies/processes
Capture data related to student learning assessment
Maintain appropriate faculty levels and efficient use of resources
Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and government regulations
Provide input for academic program planning and budgetary requirements
Conduct Academic and Judicial Review Boards in a timely manner
Deliver new student orientation
Professional/Community Involvement
Serve on University-level committees as required
Fulfill other assigned duties
