Job Summary
Working as the Café Manager at this premier corporate account, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe. If you have experience leading a team, are proficient with computers and systems, and have marketing/retail operational experience, this could be a great opportunity for you!
The schedule for this position is primarily Monday through Friday with flexible daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team management and Scheduling
- Marketing and Retail operations
- Ensure retail and foodservice outlets are consistently top quality
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
Preferred Qualifications:
- High volume retail, production or catering experience
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
- Two to three years of related foodservice operation experience
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
