Job Description

The Director of M&A Integration our client looking for is:


  • 5+ years relevant experience (PE, banking, corp dev), 5+ years retail buying Functional Experience


  • Work cross-functionally to identify products + services to maximize integration opportunities


  • Ownership of strategic planning(growth plans, org design, resource delivery) + implementation/integration


  • Ability to work intimately with acquired entities onstrategic growth plans, processes, product adoption and service


  • Ability to take ownership ofAP + AR(new revenue streams) until cycles completed


  • Analytical, financial modeling, excel, Microsoft suite


  • Sense of urgency, strong business acumen, go-getter, roll your sleeves up attitude,highly collaborative


  • Inclusive, trustworthy, humble and ego-free, strong sense of ownership


  • Location: Remote, NC preferred


JobResponsibilities:


  • Oversee tracking of key initiatives and related scorecard
  • Lead the planning and execution of integration efforts of new partnerships post-acquisition
  • Support VP of Business Development in co-leading strategic planning to identify growth plans, organization design, and necessary resources to deliver plans.
  • Measurement of Vendor/Supplier service results.
  • Initiate and track partnership billing.
  • 3rd party service relationship management.
  • AP and AR teams account reconciliation.
  • Assist acquired entities with ongoing organizational and resource planning.
  • Vendor planning and execution.
  • Additional Duties as necessary
  • Product Content Management setup and execution management.
  • Partner with merchant, business services and marketing teams to identify best enterprise products and services that will maximize corporate integration opportunities.
