Business/Data Analyst Jobs

We are currently looking to bring on a talented, self-motivated and conscientious Business Analyst to work closely with the senior team. Collecting, analysing, understanding and creating meaningful dashboards and regular reports while using the data from various systems for marketing, sales, product management, content and finance.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

•Works closely with the President, FD, DVPs and Markets to build and produce scheduled reports and analytics

•Able to understand and translate data models into actionable analytics

•Undertakes strategic one-off analyses, unlocking insights from new combinations of datasets, implementing necessary APIs

•Works closely with Market Product Managers, Finance Managers and Marketers

•Able to map customer behaviours and journeys to relevant metrics and KPIs

•Is the voice of truth with regard to measuring and reporting the metrics and KPIs of the business

•A proactive partner withcuriosity and drive to do their own analysesnot just respond to work requests

•Scales our ability to perform analysis across brands in a consistent, meaningful way (eg, empowering others via self-service tools and automating data analysis)

•Can analyse and extract insight from imperfect data and proactively improve robustness and maturity of data capabilities

•Is the expert on insight into the following key topics:

•Content engagement

•Audience conversion from unknown to known, and non-paying to paying

•Increasing average revenue per user, lifetime value and retention metrics

•Scoring marketing services leads

•Efficiency and effectiveness of Market Pillar operations and delivery

•Commercial mindset andproven prior experience in understanding business drivers and making data-driven recommendations.

•Capability to build KPI dashboards

•The ability to make the data tell a story that others can engage with and act on

•Prior experience in measuring and reporting metrics and KPIs to the business

•Strong in building relationships internally, partnering with colleagues in Market and within the Operations teams to improve performance
