Job Description
As a Business Coordinator IV, you’ll identify and recommend opportunities for improvements related to complex systems, process flows, marketing, products, and services. You’ll also lead change within the business unit and coordinate major components on a project through implementation while often times serving as the project manager. Areas of focus will include; supporting Multiple Employer Arrangements (MEA), onboarding client user acceptance testing, and various Client Onboarding and Deconversion Services (CODS) specific strategic business initiatives.


  • Provide technical expertise on a variety of topics and projects, including testing. Represent management on assigned functional committees.
  • Develop, document, and maintain communication, documentation, and training through a variety of methods and mediums.
  • Implement new policies, procedures, workflow approaches, and system improvements.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to internal and external customers.

Who You Are


  • 6+ years related experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Pension plan operations and services.
  • Technical competence in the record-keeping administration and servicing of group Pension plans.
  • Excellent problem solving, decision-making, oral, and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Salary Range Information


Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.


Salary Range


$63750 - $121200 / year

Work Environment


This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
