JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Requirements Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between stakeholders, elicit and analyze requirements, and ensure effective communication and validation of changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, documenting business processes, workflows, and end-user requirements. Your expertise will be critical in identifying business problems, recommending solutions, and enabling the organization to achieve its strategic goals.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE....
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or technical discipline required.
- Two years of business case development, IT analysis, documentation, and verification of requirements documents or related roles, highly desired
- Two years experience of a Systems Engineer or Business Analyst experience managing requirements of healthcare projects, highly desired
- Minimum three years of direct experience in working with IT developers and system design, Strongly preferred
- PMI-PBA Certification – Strongly Preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and software development processes is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be vaccinated for Covid.
WHAT YOU WILL DO....
- Establish effective requirements practices and contribute to the development of requirements documentation policies and procedures.
- Monitor Change Orders and manage Change Requests, providing project management skills to set and manage expectations for solution delivery.
- Work closely with 3rd party vendors, developers, IT, and technical staff to develop efficient solutions aligned with business and systems requirements.
- Create and execute test cases for new designs, ensuring the validation of processes and system solutions.
- Identify opportunities for requirements reuse across projects and propose new product features and updates.
- Participate in requirements prioritization and peer reviews to ensure accurate interpretation and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, project leads, and cross-functional user groups to define and document business processes and user requirements.
- Decompose business and user requirements into functional requirements, ensuring their completeness, consistency, and traceability.
- Conduct formal training sessions for user groups and assist in creating reference/user guides and manuals to support change management needs.
- Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and analysis of business processes, use cases, scenarios, and task descriptions.
