Business Analyst Jobs

Omni Therapy, a hospital and health care company, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the company's management team and be responsible for analyzing key metrics, financial data, and market trends to help inform the company's strategies. You will also collaborate with other cross-functional departments to identify potential business opportunities and produce detailed reports that provide insights into our operations.
Responsibilities

• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities.
• Identify trends and patterns to help enhance company decision-making processes.
• Produce ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.
• Collect and analyze data to create reports that measure company performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and other important metrics.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of healthcare data management and analytics.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a healthcare environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
