Contract position for a Business Analyst
Primary skill set includes experience with user coordination and first-level user support, data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Experience in housing information systems and/or inspection information systems is a plus
Responsibilities
Gather customer requirements and determine if the business processes for gathering, cleansing, and ensuring data quality are adequate
Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, business processes and workflows.

• Prepare an analysis document providing the recommended solution.

Develop comprehensive test cases.
Perform quality assurance testing.
Plan and supervise systems and customer acceptance test activities.
Prepares presentation slides, users guide and conduct user training.
Educate and conduct continuous communication with end users throughout the project.
Analyze, correct, and validate data, and work with business users to correct data to ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with project managers responsible for specific projects to ensure that interdependencies between projects are understood and implemented and that activities and direction are consistent with the related architecture and standards.
Assist project managers responsible for specific projects with scheduling meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and various Project Management related tasks to meet a project’s objectives and deadlines.
Identify organizational change management issues and incorporates tasks in project plans to address them.
Gather and document reporting requirements.
Generate reports.
Delegate tasks to other project team members and monitors their performances.
Interpersonal skill set includes strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills, the ability to work well with people, possess strong communication skills as needed to mentor others and communicate highly technical information to both non-technical and technical users.
Compensation: From $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
