Business Process Representative Jobs

Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

Must be customer service oriented and have the ability to interact well with members, performers, studio management and staff with diplomacy.

Must have comprehensive mathematical knowledge and abilities.

Undergraduate degree or a combination of 5 years of education and experience in a labor relations or entertainment environment preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex contract issues.

Must have valid driver license, automobile (in reliable working condition), and current automotive insurance that meets the state minimum requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field and 4 years of relevant experience.

Experience with Labor Management software strongly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels of management and customers.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities by analyzing Labor Management data.

Develop and run required labor management system reports for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of individual and department level metrics.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Experience with project management software (e.g.,Asana)

Preferred 2 years’ work experience in Business Consulting or Management

Assist in coordinating with the Director of Project Management and President to reflect procedures of the system of record

Integrates into departments outside of their knowledge base and support improvement of the department

Experience with process flow chart software (e.g.,Lucidchart)

Substantial experience with G-Suite (Slides and Docs)

Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in leading process improvement projects is desirable

Experience in implementing process automation initiatives, using tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or workflow management systems

Strong knowledge of HiTrust frameworks, standards, and requirements

A relevant professional certification (e.g., HiTrust Certified Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to resolve complex business process challenges

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of student service/finance functions and reports out results

Manages multiple assignments according to plan, monitors, and reports progress to ensure that required work is delivered on time.

Bachelor's Degree Preferred or comparable previous work experience

General knowledge of Salesforce and Banner preferred

General knowledge of FDCPA and CFPB regulations a plus

Proficeitn PC skills in Microsoft Office, database and internet applications
