Amplify Process Safety is looking to hire a highly skilled consultant who is an A-Player, a self-starter, technically strong, and who can generate new business opportunities.

If you have a strong background in chemical engineering or a related field and experience working with clients in the chemical, petrochemical / oil and gas, or pharmaceutical industries, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

As a process safety consultant with Amplify Process Safety, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a variety of process safety topics, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and the implementation of process safety management systems. You will work closely with clients to identify process safety issues and recommend solutions to improve safety and reduce risk.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to adapt to changing client needs. In addition, you should have a proven track record of generating your own sales and be able to identify and pursue new business opportunities. While you will be part of a remote team, you will be expected to travel to provide consulting services onsite to clients for 25-50% of the time.

What You'll Do

-Establish and maintain relationships with clients

-Provide process safety consulting services, to include:

• Facilitating Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) utilizing the HAZOP / LOPA methodologies
• Providing guidance on development of PSM and/or RMP program elements
• Assessing and auditing existing PSM and/or RMP programs
• Lead training programs on various process safety topics

-Participate on our podcast (Amplify Your Process Safety), by sharing relevant insight on various process safety topics and/or interviewing industry specialists

Location

-Remote (you will work from home)

-Travel to provide onsite support to clients approximately 25-50% of each month

-While applicants across the United States will be considered, our preference is to hire someone within the US Gulf Coast region to best serve our clients in those areas.
