The Role
The Business Process Improvement Manager will conduct project management and process improvement activities to support Global Operations initiatives. This person will manage projects in accordance with standard PMO methodologies and best practices. This key member of the project management office is responsible for contributing to positive change, innovation, and driving innovative improvements to processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be a high-energy individual with demonstrated experience of progressively increasing Lean Six Sigma and PMO responsibilities.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree with related field industry experience

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively drive risk mitigation, governance, and compliance
- Manage projects.
- Demonstrated success of working across functional organizations, driving teams in the creation of project strategies and execution of planned work.
- Client-driven and solution-oriented mindset approach to leading work with PMO leadership, project sponsors and stakeholders to develop solutions and project plans that deliver against objectives.
- Ability to network, build relationships and drive effective decision-making across multiple functions and levels within the organization.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Management and evaluation of project financial and revenue impacts/returns and meet stated ROI.
- Collaboration with team members to improve cross-functional, multi-level organizational hierarchy project participation.
- ISO certification program expertise (nice to have).
- Individual firsthand management of select projects.
- Advocate for team tools and other resources.
- Organizational efficiency and innovation as indicated by improvements in project volume/success.
- Structure and execute complex analysis, draw insights, and communicate summary findings/recommendations to senior management both project and organizational.
- Project key milestone achievement.
- A PMP certification and/or LSS belt certification preferred for this role.
- Provide operational, strategic, and technical expertise to project resources.
- Return on Investment achievement across managed projects.
- Implementation of PMO phased approach or Lean Six Sigma methodologies across Global Operations projects.
- Implementation of other process improvement methodologies across Global Operations projects.
- Risk mitigation and management.
