Trusaic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Lead to CEO to work closely with our CEO, supporting strategic initiatives and business development efforts. This is an on-site role based at our headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing high-level relationships, and utilizing data analytics to inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities ( Amongst others):
- Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and mutual benefit.
- Partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives that positively impact the overall Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client success.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to establish strategic sales plans and objectives.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Monitor sales performance, preparing regular reports and presentations for the CEO and other stakeholders.
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
- Use market research and data analytics to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and potential business partners.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving aptitude.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of business functions such as sales, finance, operations, and marketing.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
- Paid Time Off (PTO): fifteen (15) days of PTO on an annual basis.
- Healthcare Plans (medical, dental, and vision)
- Bonus: up to $40,000
- 401K Plan: Eligibility for participation in the Company's 401K plan, for which you will become eligible effective on the first day of the month after completing sixty (60) days of employment. The 401K Plan is currently funded by employee contributions only
