Position Summary
As a Business Development Specialist - SHEIN Marketplace, your primary responsibility is to identify and pursue new business opportunities for SHEIN US Marketplace. You will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and optimizing the performance of SHEIN's US-based sellers on the SHEIN Marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SHEIN Marketplace. Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of US sellers in the Marketplace.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with US sellers who are interested in selling on the SHEIN Marketplace. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers, vendors, and partners, and work closely with them to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Sales Growth: Drive growth for SHEIN‘s US sellers through developing new product opportunities, creating targeted marketing campaigns, and optimizing product listings. Identify areas for growth and implement strategies to increase seller sales.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, results-driven.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- 1-3 years of business development experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
