Position Summary
This role as a Business Development Manager for Marketplace will drive the goal for marketplace growth. This role will be responsible from recruit key accounts and start to finish for onboarding all new vendors. You will also strategize on everything that can boost marketplace sales and build vendor relationships, resulting in creating top-selling assortments.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with sellers who are interested in selling on the SHEIN Marketplace.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, marketing, and finance to ensure sellers are successful in the Marketplace. Collaborate with teams to identify and implement strategies to increase seller performance and grow sales.
- Sales Growth: Drive growth for SHEIN Marketplace sellers through developing new product opportunities, creating targeted marketing campaigns, and optimizing product listings.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SHEIN Marketplace. Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of sellers on the SHEIN Marketplace. Meet KPIs for marketplace vendor recruitment and marketplace sales.
- Develop Team: Build a marketplace business development team and create from scratch all SOP for the team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5-7 years of business development experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- 3+ years managing a team in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, results-driven.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
