About The Role


Zeplin is looking for a passionate frontline manager to manage and grow our globally-based BDR crew. Your main focus will be ensuring your crew is delivering repeatable & profitable pipeline, and developing the future account executives of Zeplin. These two objectives are crucial in scaling the sales organization and providing a predictable revenue and profit stream. You will measure BDR performance by meetings and pipeline sourced, monitor and coach daily activity inputs such as calls and emails, and work with sales leadership to ensure BDR opportunities are closing. Your entrepreneurship will be a valuable contribution to developing Zeplin’s sales strategy, increasing the size and impact of the crew, and establishing a culture of crisp execution through empathy and coaching. This role reports directly to our VP of Worldwide Sales.


Responsibilities


  • Manage a team of BDRs in the US and Istanbul
  • Provide day to day coaching & professional development, including weekly 1:1 meetings, and weekly shadow sessions
  • Understand the nuances within our ideal customer profile segments
  • Drive strategic initiatives across BDR to increase pipeline contribution
  • Continue to grow the team through recruiting, onboarding, and training new BDRs
  • Track and communicate weekly goals to crew to drive consistent performance week over week
  • Become an integral part of Sales Leadership at Zeplin


Key Requirements


  • Ability, knowledge, and hunger to step in as player-coach on a daily basis that includes tactical management of reps, outbound calls & shadows, and superior knowledge in SFDC operations
  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales development or sales team
  • A track record of problem-solving and experimentation with trying new ideas and concepts
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills
  • Undeniable passion for Zeplin & Zeplin Sales specifically
  • Background of hiring, training, and enabling reps for success
