Job Description
Looking for an exciting new opportunity as a Business Development Manager? Relevante is seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our team in the Wilkes-Barre/Dallas, PA area - and the best part is, this role can be performed entirely remotely!
As a Business Development Manager at Relevante, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, working with a diverse range of clients in the business and enterprise space. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential accounts and driving revenue growth.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the Executive Search, Staffing, or Recruiting industry. You should also have a strong understanding of HR, IT, or Finance, and the ability to manage and grow large Fortune 1000 accounts. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are a must, as you'll be working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.
