The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Business Development Manager - Outside Sales. Ideal candidates must have experience with commercial, direct sales and a strong drive for success.


  • Provide superior customer service
  • Coordinate with management to meet company KPIs
  • Conduct direct sales techniques such as cold calls, web searches, in person drop ins etc. to earn new customers
  • Follow up on existing leads to expand business within the Greater Pittsburgh Area and as north at Interstate 80
  • Serve as direct contact with existing customers to continue growth and expand business offerings
  • Company vehicle provided (or mileage reimbursement)


Experience Required


  • Must have a clean criminal and driving record and be able to pass a drug screen
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including outlook and excel
  • Internal drive for success
  • Previous experience with commercial, direct sales
