Salary: competitive base salary of $57,000 plus an uncapped bonus

Experience with business tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, and project management tools is strongly preferred

Collaborate remotely and on-site with client project teams to elicit and define project scope, documenting requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Computer Science/Business Systems or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with requirements documentation, requirements traceability, test scenario documentation, and test results validation

Refine business requirements to enhance processes and boost productivity.

Analyze and prioritize requirements based on project objectives.

Familiarity with data governance principles and data management best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Proven work experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience in creating meaningful visualizations.

Bachelor's Degree, 10+ years of Human Resource Management or related experience

Professional certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred

Partners with key decision making business leaders to craft, execute and drive the delivery of the Talent strategy.

Serves as the single point of contact for all Talent related initiatives and activities.

Assist the Business Manager with the necessary support for expense/revenue accruals and other accounting-close requirements

4+ Years Experience in Advertising, Marketing, consulting or Like-Minded Industry

Recent college graduate with 0-2 years of work experience, demonstrable experience as intern using excel-based tools and analysis preferred

Master's degree in finance or accounting concentration preferred

2+ years of relevant experience in a project environment, preferably consulting, to design and implement strategies, performance measures, and innovative solutions

Experience in process improvement, meeting and stakeholder engagement support, and/or program analysis

Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement (including senior-level leaders) and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment

Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
