The Dove Deodorant business is a key growth driver for the entire Personal Care category at Unilever. We’re looking for a Brand Manager who will drive operational excellence and competitive growth to propel Dove to the #1 female deodorant position in the U.S. The right candidate will be ready to demonstrate ownership of key strategic priorities from day one.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

• Partner with inter-agency team and Digital Hub to deploy and optimize media plan and land brand digital priorities
• Drive incremental growth for our customers, working in alignment with Customer Strategy & Planning and field sales teams to support retailer needs. Land consumer promotion and shopper marketing programs through effective partnerships and deployment plans
• Manage, coach and develop 1-2 direct reports
• Lead key value creation initiatives including pricing strategy, fuel for growth and BMI spend optimization
• Lead marketing performance and operational management of the Dove Deodorant business, developing and executing annual plans for the brand to achieve competitive growth
• Work with global brand partners to optimize communication and innovation mixes for the U.S. market, delivering flawless launch and campaign execution

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Excellent analytical, quantitative and project management skills
• Past experience in Personal Care brands or portfolios is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience in CPG marketing and/or sales
• Strong bias for action and accountability both for self and others
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to independently lead and motivate internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners

Pay: The pay range for this position is $96,000 to $143,900. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
