What You'll Do:


  • Proactively report on department goals, metrics, and profits, identifying opportunities for enhancement and fostering the growth potential of our high-performing team.
  • Showcase your leadership by effectively coaching and providing development opportunities within multiple areas or departments.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with our esteemed clients and vendors, ensuring that all parties uphold their commitments to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Nurture our valuable Holman Vendor network while exploring new opportunities and vendor relationships to drive further success.
  • Develop a proactive approach to manage vendor performance, evaluating key metrics to ensure they represent the very best of Holman and exceed our clients' expectations.
  • Spearhead the maintenance operations and administrative support, streamlining processes and optimizing the tools we use to manage operations effectively and efficiently.
  • Drive system improvements, contributing to the implementation of cutting-edge tools to enhance our internal operations.
  • Provide dedicated support for vehicle warranty activities, demonstrating our commitment to exceptional after-sales service.


What we are looking for:
  • Skilled in coaching, providing performance feedback, and fostering development opportunities;
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities;
  • 5 years of proven leadership experience;
  • Customer-centric approach with an innate ability to identify solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience;
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is critical, Fleet Management Experience preferred;
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams;
