Bookkeeper - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-time Bookkeeper on a contract basis. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online and a strong understanding of accounts payable/receivables. In addition, you will be expected to handle emails, scheduling, and other administrative duties.
We are looking for someone who is not only proficient in English but also a great team player with excellent customer service skills. Previous administration experience is a plus, and Microsoft Office experience is highly desirable. The candidate should be willing to be flexible with their schedule, and weekend availability may be required.
As our Bookkeeper, you will need to have the ability to keep sensitive information confidential, and trustworthiness and reliability are a must. We require a contract signing and background check for this position.
This is a part-time role, with less than 10 hours per week initially, but more hours may be available after the training period. We offer a competitive pay rate of $8.00 per hour and provide flexible scheduling and paid training.
