Billing Clerk - Dealership Accounting

This position maintains proper accounting records by accurately and efficiently computing, classifying, preparing, recording and verifying financial data. Reports to Controller and Office Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Bill and process Dealer Trades as needed
• Wholesale Titles
• Verify documents and post deals
• Accounts Receivable
• Input and reconcile general ledger account as assigned by Office Manager/ Controller
• Reconcile report discrepancies and research problems
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Accounts Payable
• Run, review, balance and interpret reports daily and at month end
• Verify and cut checks for all trade payoffs

Job Requirements

• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations.
• Automotive Billing experience preferred but not required
• Experience with CDK preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
