Accounting Office Clerk Jobs

We are currently seeking an Accounting Office Clerk/Title Clerk to join our auto dealership accounting team. Previous accounting experience is helpful, especially automotive accounting or title work, but not required. If you have office experience, intermediate computer skills, and a desire to learn, we will train you on the rest. Schedule is 9-5 Monday-Friday.

As an accounting clerk/title clerk with Suncoast Porsche/Sunset Volkswagen, you will enjoy our professional, friendly business environment in a small office setting. Our accounting team members generally work independently and have their primary area(s) of responsibility, but also support each other and the dealership as a whole.

Accounting Clerk Requirements

We do not require specific education or experience for this role, however, you will need to start with some aptitude and skills to succeed in this position. We are looking for someone who is/has:

• Independent judgment and critical thinking skills to know when something needs a second look
• Organized and self-motivated to complete your work accurately and efficiently
• Some office experience and basic understanding of business accounting is preferred
• Aptitude with numbers and basic math
• Flexible and able to work in a team environment
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Excel and accounting software- don't worry, we'll train you on the specific software we use
