Billing Clerk Jobs

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an Automotive Billing Clerk to join our growing team! The right candidate must be proficient in CDK, Excel, and Word. Must be dependable and detailed. Flexible with working occasional nights and/or weekends when needed for month end. Proficient bookkeeping theories and practices. Automotive billing experience is required.
Competitive Pay Range: $21.00/Hr - $23.00/Hr

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Reconcile Schedules.
• Post New and Used deals to accounting.
• Assist accounting office activities in support of the sales department.
• Responsible for the entire billing process, research/resolve any issues that arise.
• Provide administrative support to Management, other departments, and employees.
• Responsible for the entire breakdown and packaging process of deals which include Title, Trade, Warranty, Rebates, Funding as well as research/resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure timely enrollment of all finance product sales.

SHIFT & SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
