Dealership Title Clerk Jobs

Pay: $16hr-$20hr commensurate with experience and skills

Data Entry involving a high volume of transactions

Must have 1+ years of accounting experience, auto or powersports dealer perferred

Reviewing and inputting payments into our software system

Coding for credit cards for Marketing personnel

Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, cash management and general ledger

Competitive pay commensurate with experience and skillset ($16-$17/hour)

Support the General Manager and department managers in cross training staff on processes and procedures

1+ years of general accounting experience

Vehicle Title experience is a plus, but not required

Experience working in a dealership environment a plus (automotive or powersports)

Input and reconcile general ledger account as assigned by Office Manager/ Controller

Automotive Billing experience preferred but not required

Experience with CDK preferred but not required.

Verify documents and post deals

Verify and cut checks for all trade payoffs

Bill and process Dealer Trades as needed
