About this Role

iRhythm is looking for a talented professional to help make sure that our Houston, TX runs smoothly. You will be a positive and reliable support resource for company operations, communication, and safety. Your impact will allow us to achieve organizational efficiency while nurturing a pleasant work environment for our team.

  • Process department expense report for the office location.
  • Coordinate and process employee ticket requests
  • Create a comfortable productive environment by ensuring appearance of common areas and handling correspondence, as well as maintaining file systems, office supplies and equipment needs.
  • Support the Office Manager on day-to-day operations and projects.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate food delivery as needed.
  • Collaborate with the office team as whole to support consistency and efficiency throughout all iRhythm Offices.
  • Support office workstation planning, and other tasks as requested by the Workplace Management Team
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of the office.
  • Support established policies and procedures and suggest areas for improvement.

About You:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Computer competency with online platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced growth environment.
  • 2+ years of office experience
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
