The Workday Everywhere organization is looking for a Product Manager to join us and support our continued growth! As a team, we bring effortless experiences into our users’ natural flow of work. We are laser-focused on providing Workday experiences that are innovative and engaging. From conversational experiences via Workday Assistant to enabling Workday in collaborative tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams, our team powers the “Workday Everywhere” experience for enterprise customers.

About The Role

You will serve both as a product champion externally and as the voice of the customer internally -- by taking what you learn and sharing customer insights back to our teams to influence our strategy. As an evangelist, you will be responsible for communicating with enterprise customers, while also educating and supporting our Sales, Services and Customer Success teams as their product expert.

Partnering closely with our software partners, you will coordinate and implement joint go-to-market campaigns and activities alongside our Solution Marketing team. Last but not least, you will support strategic customers with critical issues, handling these through to resolution.

Come work alongside a dedicated team of designers, engineers and product managers to help drive awareness, adoption, and success of the Workday Everywhere products with our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

• Evangelize our products, features, and benefits to both our customers and partners to drive product adoption and growth.
• Analyze product adoption and usage metrics to help identify new opportunities to drive growth and adoption
• Partner closely with our broader product management and engineering teams to provide key inputs to strategy and growth such as market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis
• Support our customers as they look to implement, go live, and rollout Workday Everywhere to their organizations.
• Educate Sales, Product Marketing, Services, and Customer Success teams as their product expert.
• Champion Workday Everywhere products with our software partners and their extended field and marketing teams.

Support go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for new product launches

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS
• 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with customers, product development, marketing and customer success to drive product growth

Other Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise collaboration tools and chatbot technologies is a plus
• Passionate about driving success by helping customers succeed
• Preference for being in a fast-paced environment with responsibility for driving the success of hugely impactful initiatives.
• Shown success using both quantitative insights from user data (the ‘what’) and qualitative insights derived from other internal and external sources (the ‘why’).
• Excellent communications and influencing skills across all levels of a large organization, as well as externally with customers and partners.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The base pay range for the primary location of this job is listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, future potential and internal pay parity. Primary Location: USA.CO.Boulder

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $88,600 - $133,100
