:
Responsible for managing large and small moves, working with vendors to ensure delivery of complete move services to the client.
Communication of move updates and approval requests to client representative and for managing approval process.
Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with service delivery results by providing a seamless interface into the organization.
Ensure JLL and client quality standards are met.
Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity to client and JLL team.
Meet with LOB contacts and requesters to document scope of work, business justification, timing, etc.
Provide small workstation reconfiguration test fits from vendor and execute projects as needed.
Work closely with client space planners for hand off of move projects for implementation.
Walk spaces to document existing conditions, furniture, KOPs, occupancy, etc.
Submit closeout packages upon project closeout, including space allocation data updates.
Update project status in the project system of record.
Coordinate project funding via multiple methods and execute purchase orders or work orders for vendor engagement.
Coordinate various vendors and schedules as needed for timely completion of each project. Work in a hybrid environment, part in client office and part remote. Willing to travel up to 20%.
