Job Description

Pave Talent is partnered with a full-service Architecture & Planning firm based out of Rancho Mirage and Riverside, California to hire an Assistant Project Manager & Designer in either location. Our client's portfolio ranges from minor tenant improvements to major, ground-up facilities.


Our client provides services for civic, law enforcement, K-12 education, higher education, religious, healthcare, youth, detention, animal care, fleet services, and laboratory facilities.


Our ideal candidate has more than 2 years of experience with Architectural Project Management / Design working in the Public Sector or other complex Commercial Projects. Proficiency in REVIT and Sketch-up is critical.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager & Designer:

  • Work closely with our Principals, Project Managers, Clients, Consultants, and other Project Team Stakeholders to help manage and oversee all aspects of our service from design thru construction.


Qualifications of the Assistant Project Manager & Designer:

  • Proficiency with technology: REVIT, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office...
  • Communicative with excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • 2 years of experience with Architectural Project Management / Design working in the Public Sector or other complex Commercial Projects. (civic, law enforcement, K-12 education, higher education, religious, healthcare, youth, detention, animal care, fleet services, laboratory facilities, etc.)
  • A positive attitude with the patience to teach and empower others.
